Bait Society signs the production of the new KIA Italy spot dedicated to the Sportage Tri-Fuel, on air across TV, web and DOOH.

Directed by Kobayashi, the project was built through an integrated production pipeline where live action, traditional post-production, CG, animation and AI generation converge into one cohesive visual result.

The work included the management and transformation of live-action footage provided by the client, with interventions on elements such as license plates and vehicle color, the integration of CG elements and animations to control specific moments of the transformation sequence, and the generation of AI shots starting from both reference footage of other Kia models and images of the car and environmental references.

The vehicle transformation sequence and the entire final section of the spot, featuring the new Kia Sportage Tri-Fuel moving through natural landscapes, were developed by Bait Society by combining AI, CG and post-production, while maintaining visual continuity, product consistency and cinematic control across every shot.

A hybrid and modular pipeline, capable of integrating live action, post-production, CG and AI into a single, coherent and cinematic result.
