Mariam works at the intersection of cinematography, advertising, and digital art. Rooted in motion design, she builds images that breathe, using framing, light, and atmosphere as narrative tools. Her films combine human precision with machine intuition, creating worlds that feel dreamlike yet real. In advertising, she leads AI-driven campaigns from concept to launch, turning technology into a storytelling instrument for global brands. In her personal work, she distills everyday life into quiet surrealism, drawing viewers into spaces where reality and imagination blur.
Her work has been recognised internationally across AI, experimental, and short film festivals. She won the Grand Prize at the Higgsfield x MiniMax Challenge for 45 Seconds (2025), the Grand Prize at Al Batinah International Film Festival for On Mute (2025), and the AI Pink Challenge Contest for Sharp (2024). Her recognitions also include the Special Prize at AI Awards Paris (2025), Honorable Mention at the WSXA Amsterdam International Awards for On Mute (2025), and Honorable Mention at the Alexandria Short Film Festival for The Living Room (2025). In 2026, she won an AARON Award for OpenAirlines, and Almost Real was officially selected at Artefact Film Festival, alongside further selections across festivals including Meta Morph, Neuro Masters, Naija AI Film Festival, and AI Film and Art Festival Arizona.
